Return/ Exchanges

Returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don't receive.

A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of original purchase.

Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.

Replacement items will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at or Returns Center, as long as the item is still in stock.

Don’t have a printer

You can always return the item to store. Package the item along with all original packing materials and you’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item(s) back. Returns without an original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. The following identification is accepted for returns: US or Canadian Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, U.S. Military ID or U.S. Passport.

Information from the ID will be held in a companywide database of customer return activity.

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 10 days after you purchase. You have a 7 day window period for returns.

My item(s) was a gift

Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or even exchange.

I used my coupon

Returns where a coupon was redeemed will result in an adjusted refund amount.

Item needs Repairing

Items requiring repairs should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center. For items excluded from return, the manufacturer’s contact information may be provided upon request.


The process of returning an item:

Sign in to Your Account

Select "Start a Return or Exchange
Select the reason for returning or exchanging the item(s)

Select if you want a refund or replacement and then "Continue"

Review Refund Summary and select "Continue".

You may see the option to "Agree to Early Refund Terms". This means that you get your refund earlier agreeing to return item promptly or suffer a recharge for item(s).
